Ikoyi Club Tennis: A Haven for Players & Spectators

The Tennis Section boasts an active membership of over 3,281 (as of May 2016), making it the club's second-largest section; with a center court complex which is capable of sitting 500 spectators, including a two bars, a kitchen, and a sports shop.

The Section has nine (9) hard courts of International standard and the Administrative structure of the section is headed by the chairman who meets with his committee on a monthly basis to deliberate on the smooth running of the section.

The Section has a resident head coach and two assistant coaches. It also has 7 freelance coaches and 3 junior freelance coaches.

Committee Structure

This section is governed by an elected executive committee, ensuring smooth operation. Elections for these positions are held annually, with a one-year term and a maximum of two consecutive terms.
